Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in healthcare HR operations is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems (Workday, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HR operations and employment practices.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration.
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Analyse recruitment data and workforce risks.
• Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders.
• Support performance management, grievances, and offboarding.
• Update employee lifecycle documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Deliver HR services compliant with policies and regulations.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and employer branding activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
