Responsibilities

• Manage staff requisition and headcount reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with Director to design workforce planning strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to foster collaboration and inclusivity.
• Utilise data analytics to inform decisions.
• Conduct interviews and candidate selection.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation before start date.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance管理.
• Manage leavers processing and notifications.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
