Job summary

LoveLife Ventures Pte LTD is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the business in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations in Singapore.

You will handle HR complaints, support tribunals, review contracts, assist payroll with guidance, and ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture and employee well‑being.

Qualifications

• .Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with focus on employee/industrial relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law and MoM regulations.
• Experience handling workplace disputes, complaints, disciplinary processes, and contract reviews.
• Detail-oriented, organized, mature, and able to handle confidential information independently.
