MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Administrator on a 1-year renewable contract to develop and implement fair HR policies and oversee payroll processing and work pass administration.
You will support the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, handle training records, reporting, and ensure timely government submissions in accordance with Singapore labour laws.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement fair and effective HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with company guidelines.
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR Department and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner using the payroll system.
Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, issuance, and related matters.
Handle day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Coordinate with relevant departments on recruitment plans, resignations, employee confirmations, and other HR-related matters.
Manage employee leave and attendance records, including daily leave entries, entitlements, applications, supporting certificates, and approvals.
Administer training and development matters, including coordinating and enrolling employees in internal and external courses, as well as maintaining accurate training records.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of government-related matters and claims, including CPF, childcare, maternity/paternity leave, NS Make-Up Pay claims, income tax matters (IR8A and IR21), and other statutory submissions.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports accurately and within the required timelines.
Provide advice and assistance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and other employment-related matters.
Serve as the point of contact for labour legislation and employment-related matters.
Oversee the daily operations of the HR Department and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum5 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
