Job summary

TALENT EDGE RECRUITMENT LLP is seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end New Business journey in insurance or financial services, ensuring timely, compliant execution and a positive customer experience.

You will drive collaboration across underwriting, sales, regulatory and operations to resolve bottlenecks, monitor progress, and contribute to process improvements while mentoring junior team members and promoting a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in case management or client servicing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end New Business journey ensuring timely, compliant execution and a positive customer journey.
• Drive collaboration across underwriting, sales, regulatory and operations to resolve bottlenecks and meet SLAs.
• Act as a key point of contact for your channel, ensuring clear communication and proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor case progress and performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to workflows, tools and best practices to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
