Job summary

Placement Professionals, LLC is partnering with a leading life insurer in Singapore to hire an experienced HNW Case Manager for the Underwriting team. The role focuses on ownership of complex HNW new business cases, managing the end-to-end application journey, and close collaboration with Underwriters, Sales and Operations to ensure smooth progression.

Candidates should bring five years of relevant experience in life underwriting or financial services, with strong risk assessment and negotiation

Qualifications

At least five years in life underwriting or financial services, with a focus on HNW portfolios.
Strong risk assessment knowledge and onboarding frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Experience coordinating across Underwriting, Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of affluent insurance portfolios from intake to contract delivery.
Manage allocated accounts to drive progress and timely completion.
Coordinate with risk management, sales, administration and compliance to clear blockers.
Act as liaison for corporate clients and global intermediaries with clear milestones.
Administer multi-million dollar portfolios in line with compliance and service metrics.
Track milestones to identify efficiency improvements and shorten turnaround times.
Provide mentorship to junior team members when needed.
