Job summary

Dada Consultants is seeking an experienced HNW Client Servicing Executive in Singapore to ensure top-tier service delivery and client retention. You will bridge clients, sales, and operations, focusing on regulatory compliance and clarity in disclosures.

The ideal candidate is a current Financial Advisor seeking a non-sales role within the insurance tech space, with strong communication and coordination skills to support onboarding and ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A)
• Financial advisory background but not keen on continuing in sales
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in client services, financial advisory, or relationship management within banking, insurance, or financial services
• Sound regulatory and compliance knowledge in the financial services industry

Responsibilities

• Review all client documentation thoroughly to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements
• Ensure clients are clearly informed of relevant risks associated with their accounts, products, or transactions before proceeding, in plain language
• Act as a checkpoint to confirm that clients understand the terms, policies, and risk disclosures presented to them — not just that forms are signed
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information in documentation early, and proactively resolve them with clients or internal stakeholders to prevent downstream delays
• Streamline and facilitate the onboarding/servicing process by coordinating between clients, relationship managers, and compliance teams, removing friction wherever possible
• Prepare detailed financial plans and proposals based on thorough analysis of client requirements
• Maintain meticulous records of document review, disclosures made, and client acknowledgments for audit and governance purposes
• Continuously flag opportunities to simplify or improve documentation workflows and policy communication
