Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, law, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in life insurance workflows, new business processing, underwriting assistance, sales management, or fiduciary administration.
• Experience with cross-border affluent clients or wealth advisory is preferred.
• Strong understanding of life insurance documentation standards and underwriting coordination.
• Familiarity with corporate setups and trust paperwork such as registrar listings and fiduciary deeds.
• Experience with PPLI or other sophisticated HNW insurance solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with client intake procedures and financial crime screenings.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist distribution partners in delivering customized insurance strategies and account services to affluent individuals.
• Oversee the administrative lifecycle of life policies, ensuring rapid processing and ongoing communication with underwriters and international counterparts.
• Act as the operational point of contact throughout the application process, coordinating documentation, timelines, and next steps.
• Review submission materials and background files to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in tracking systems.
• Draft traditional life insurance quotes, product evaluations, and data packages for client pitches.
• Arrange medical examinations and coordinate underwriting requirements with insurers and third-party providers.
• Ensure compliance with regional rules, AML policies, and international tax information sharing mandates.
• Provide after-sales policy servicing, including premium processing, policy delivery, endorsements, and amendments.
