Job summary

YFG Prestige is seeking an experienced Case Manager to oversee day-to-day case management and policy servicing for HNW clients in Singapore. You will focus on operational execution, service quality, and process compliance while driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.

The role requires 1–3 years in insurance, preferably HNW, with strong MS Office skills and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within HNW or Affluent segments.
• Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing within life insurance.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Proven project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience assisting sales teams with client review materials.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with cross-regional stakeholders.
• An active MAS RNF status is highly preferred; candidates capable of securing licensing upon onboarding will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations.
• Provide support to overseas offices on quotations and facilitate the end-to-end fulfilment and submission of cases.
• Enhance team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to elevate client experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in process reviews and support operational and system enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards, including audit support.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
