Placement Professionals, LLC partner with a leading life insurer in Singapore to hire an experienced HNW Case Manager for its Underwriting team. The role owns complex HNW cases from intake through contract delivery, coordinating with Underwriters, Sales and Operations to keep cases moving efficiently.

Candidates should have at least five years in life underwriting or financial services, with strong risk assessment, negotiation and communication skills.

Formación

• Five years of experience in life underwriting, portfolio administration, onboarding, or account management.
• Strong understanding of risk appraisal methodologies and onboarding frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of complex cases and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee lifecycle of affluent life portfolios from intake to contract delivery.
• Manage allocated accounts to advance status and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with risk management, sales, operations, and compliance teams to clear pending mandates.
• Serve as liaison for corporate personnel and global intermediaries with clear milestones.
• Manage multi-million dollar portfolios while adhering to compliance metrics and service benchmarks.
• Track milestones to streamline operations and reduce turnaround times.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
