Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a professional to provide end-to-end sales support to Insurance Brokers in Singapore. You will handle onboarding documents, coordinate medical appointments, and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex processes.

The role requires 1-3 years of HNW case management experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to service high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma of any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience as HNW Case Manager.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to deal with HNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Insurance Brokers
• Collaborate with Insurance Brokers, Clients & Bankers to arrange medical appointments and prepare documentations (eg: onboarding and policy)
• Submission of application documentation
• Update Insurance Brokers on the pipelines and case progress, ensuring all sales meetings are recorded in the system.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and insurance company due diligence standards.
• Manage all assigned cases through to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers and underwriters.
• Collaborate with Insurance Broker and the Client Servicing team to ensure timely preparation and completion of annual reviews.
