Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HNW Case Manager in Singapore to own complex high-net-worth insurance cases from submission through underwriting to policy issuance.

You will coordinate with Underwriters, Sales and Operations, manage progress, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, compliant case handling with strong stakeholder updates. Candidates should have 5+ years in life insurance or financial services, with knowledge of underwriting; LOMA/FLMI qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within life insurance or financial services, ideally in HNW case management, new business, underwriting support or client servicing.
• Strong understanding of life insurance underwriting and New Business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently manage complex cases and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end New Business journey for HNW insurance applications, from submission through underwriting to policy issuance.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and proactively drive progress, ensuring timely execution and a seamless client experience.
• Partner with Underwriting, Sales, Operations and Regulatory teams to resolve outstanding requirements and case bottlenecks.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and proactive case updates.
• Manage complex and high-value cases while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and service standards.
• Monitor case progress and identify opportunities to improve workflows, turnaround time and overall service quality.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.
