Job summary

AAA Global is seeking a Senior HFT Trader/PM to build and lead a new trading business focused on Traditional Finance (TradFi) and Real-World Assets (RWA). You will own strategy development, trading, risk management and the scaling of a global, 24/7 trading operation, collaborating closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to deploy signals and execution models.

This is a high-ownership role for an experienced trader who thrives on entrepreneurial challenges and cross-market

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional trading experience, ideally in HFT or quantitative trading.
Proven track record of generating and managing live trading P&L.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a new trading business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a systematic intraday/HFT trading strategy across TradFi and RWA.
Identify cross-market relative-value and statistical arbitrage opportunities.
Develop strategies around pricing dislocations between traditional instruments and tokenized representations.
Create fair-value models and trading signals for illiquid or fragmented markets.
Trade and manage positions 24/7 where appropriate, including extended-hours and digital-asset markets.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to develop signals and automated trading systems.
