Job summary

Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm with a global footprint. We seek an experienced project manager to drive cross‑functional software and hardware initiatives across our trading and engineering teams.

You will manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with exchanges, brokers, and vendors. Strong English communication and a proactive, analytical mindset are essential to thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the financial domain.
• Knowledge about financial markets, crypto exchanges would be a plus.
• Experience in infrastructure deployment and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data centers, servers, storage platforms and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the scope of software and hardware-driven projects through their lifecycle.
• Developing and tracking project objectives, milestones, changes, resources, and timelines.
• Managing risks, escalating issues, and resolving problems.
• Gathering requirements through meetings with exchanges, brokers, and vendors.
