Binance is seeking a senior Market Data lead to define and own the TradFi market data strategy and roadmap. You will drive sourcing, licensing, and end-to-end data integration with engineering, ensuring governance and compliance across the data lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product, legal, and compliance as the TradFi roadmap expands into new products and regions, while mentoring a growing data team and maintaining a live view of the market landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of market data or trading-technology experience at a global online brokerage, exchange, fintech, or market data vendor.
• Experience standing up or scaling market data for trading platforms and licenses.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities.
• Fluent communication with product, legal, compliance, and finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the market data strategy and roadmap for the TradFi program.
• Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations with exchanges and data vendors; manage licensing agreements and renewals.
• Drive end-to-end data integration with engineering and downstream surfaces.
• Build governance across the data lifecycle, with entitlements, data quality, and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance on data licensing as the roadmap expands.
• Maintain an updated view of market data landscape, partnerships, and pricing.
• Build and mentor a market data team and establish operating cadence with product and engineering.
• Act as the in-house expert translating exchange conventions for crypto-native teams.
