Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior PMO leader to own the TradFi roadmap, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and governance across multiple workstreams. You will run weekly cadence, steer committees, and provide crisp status reporting to senior leadership.

You will drive market-expansion efforts across regions, work with legal/compliance, vendors, and partners, and define launch-readiness criteria for phased rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA, PMP, CFA preferred.
• PMO experience delivering trading, market-data, or brokerage products or large-scale financial-services programs.
• Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches with licensing and compliance.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Run the PMO operating cadence: weekly reviews, steering committees, and crisp status reporting.
• Drive market-expansion workstreams across regions, coordinating licensing readiness and localization.
• Own vendor and partner workstream: sourcing, onboarding, and managing external market-data/infrastructure partners.
• Define launch-readiness criteria; coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch retrospectives.
• Identify critical-path risks; escalate and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain a competitive-intelligence view to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Standardize PMO tooling and reporting (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards).
