Job summary

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Telecommunications Engineering or related discipline with relevant experience.
Experience in managing enterprise telephone systems, IP-PBX or Unified Communications platforms.
Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP trunking and telecommunication networking technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex voice systems.
Knowledge of telecommunications cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operation, monitoring and maintenance of hospital telecommunications systems including IP-PBX, VoIP and voice gateways.
Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications service disruptions within service levels.
Lead telecommunications projects from planning through implementation and commissioning.
Coordinate system migrations, upgrades and vendor management.
Provide technical consultation to user departments and mentoring to engineers.
