Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital, part of NHG Health, seeks a Senior Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager for Healthcare Technology Planning & Development to drive planning, procurement and automation for the TTSH Medical Tower. You will coordinate IT infrastructure, interfaces, and operational-readiness with Synapxe, MOHH, vendors and clinical users.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure IT requirements are captured early and delivered in line with construction and handover milestones,

Qualifications

Recognised degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline.
At least 5–8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a hospital or major healthcare project.
Healthcare knowledge is advantageous; understand clinical and operational intersections in hospitals.
Experience coordinating healthcare IT infrastructure, system implementation, procurement or operational-readiness activities.
Strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Healthcare IT planning and coordination across clinical, operational and building workstreams.
IT procurement and delivery: cost estimates, tender docs, vendor coordination.
IT automation coordination with MOHH, MDT, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Programme and stakeholder management: align diverse stakeholders and prepare governance documents.
Testing and operational readiness: installation, testing, training and transition to operations.
