Job summary

TECHCOM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled professional in Cisco UCM administration and video conferencing support. You will manage Cisco UCM/CUCM environments, support Webex Room devices, codecs, and collaborate with Webex Cloud, Zoom, and Teams teams.

Strong knowledge of SIP/H.323 and networking fundamentals is required, with a track record in VC technology refresh or implementation projects. Incident and change management will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco UCM/CUCM administration and support.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Webex, Zoom, Teams).
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323 and conferencing protocols.
• Exposure to incident and change management processes.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs).
• Experience with VC tech refresh/implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco UCM/CUCM environments.
• Support Cisco Video Conferencing, Webex Room devices & codecs.
• Manage Webex Cloud, Zoom & Microsoft Teams integration.
• Work with SIP/H.323 protocols for video calls.
• Provide conference room and collaboration technology support.
• Handle incident and change management activities.
• Assist in VC technology refresh/implementation projects.
