Job summary

Willis Towers Watson Singapore is seeking an experienced Health & Benefits consultant to manage client relationships and lead project delivery across benefits programs. You will scope methodologies, prepare proposals, and oversee contracts while coordinating vendor renewals and plan design optimization.

You will analyze claims data, prepare benchmarks, and communicate legislative changes to HR. Excellent English communication and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage role, or from a C & B function in industry.
• Meet requirements of the following including: BCP, ComGI, PGI, HI, M5, M9 and M9A papers (M9A is preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore vendor marketplace
• Technical proficiency in Singaporean employee benefits
• Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proficiency in English language

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships in health & benefits
• Define the scope of methodology and proposal preparation and consulting contracts
• Project management of clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery
• Manage H & B vendor renewals and negotiations
• Design efficient plan designs and funding arrangements
• Demonstrate proficient writing and presentation skills in client reports
• Provide claims analysis reports with loss ratio, utilization, and member profiles
• Provide annual benchmarking for H & B clients
• Update internal systems related to benefits matters
• Analyze plan funding model advantages/disadvantages and develop performance indicators
• Communicate legislative updates to HR on local laws affecting benefits programs
