Job summary

Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) seeks a Senior Head / Head, Learning Partnerships and Talent Engagement to expand its programme portfolio and impact within the corporate governance ecosystem. You will lead partnership strategy, engage universities, business schools and professional bodies, and collaborate with SID's executive team on culture and talent development.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in executive education, academy or account management roles.
• Proven success building partnerships and executive education solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with multitasking ability.
• CRM experience and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead end-to-end knowledge partnership strategy.
• Build multi-year partnerships with universities, business schools, and professional bodies.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and portfolio growth.
• Oversee curriculum alignment and quality across flagship programmes.
• Coordinate across Learning Delivery, Digital/IT and Marketing teams.
