• CRM experience and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Job description

As part of your role, you will report to the Vice President, Accreditation & Professional Development. Your role will also include working with SID's Board Academy, Accreditation & Professional Development teams, eco-system partners, and any other relevant committees or working groups as assigned by the CEO.

We are seeking a proactive and polished Senior Head / Head, Learning Partnerships and Talent Engagement to join SID. This is a crucial role designed to support SID in expanding our programme portfolio and impact within the corporate eco-system by working with our knowledge partners.

Your primary mission is to engage new and existing knowledge partners to support the adoption of SID programmes by identifying, nurturing, and securing partnership opportunities. Your secondary scope will be to engage SID's executive team on matters of culture, talent development and building bench strength.

Strategic Learning Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion:

• Formulate Partnership Strategy: Architect and lead the end-to-end knowledge partnership strategy toscale adoption of SID's flagship director programmes.
• Institutional Partnership Building: Steer high-stakes discussions and formalise multi-year partnerships with universities, business schools, professional bodies, and other corporate governance institutions.
• Portfolio Growth: Direct go-to-market initiatives and outreach frameworks, driving sustainable portfolio growth.

Programme Portfolio Excellence:

• Curriculum Alignment: Partner with SID faculty and knowledge partners to guide curriculum development for flagship SID programmes (e.g., Listed Entity Director, Board Readiness, Chairperson Accelerator), ensuring alignment with evolving curriculum and content standards.
• Impact & Quality Oversight: Establish benchmarks for participant learning outcomes, monitoring partner programme evaluations and quality assurance frameworks across all learning delivery tracks.
• Industry Representation: Represent SID at education and learning platforms, conferences, and round tables as a primary ambassador for director training and corporate governance education.

Operational Excellence and Resource Mobilisation

• Deployment & Budgeting: Have accountability for the financial health of programmes, managing programme participation targets, partnership allocations, and cost efficiencies for learning initiatives and venue operations.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead alignment across Learning Delivery, Digital / IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project governance.
• People Leadership: Mentor, lead, and evaluate team members with dual accountabilities, fostering high performance and clear accountability.

Internal Talent Engagement

• Culture & Engagement Advisory: Serve as an internal resource, identifying cultural drivers and implementing engagement initiatives that reinforce SID's core mission and governance ethos.
• Bench Strength Development: Support talent development initiatives to strengthen bench strength and institutional resilience across critical operational and executive functions.

Requirements

• Higher education in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in executive education, academy or account management roles.
• Proven track record of building partnerships, executive education, or corporate training solutions to senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of executive presence.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).

Other Requirements:

• A genuine interest in and understanding of corporate governance, business ethics, or directorship.
• Experience working within a professional membership body, non-profit, or academic institution.
• An existing network of contacts within the TAC, HR, L&D, or corporate leadership community in Singapore.
