Job summary

STB Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a dynamic leader to strengthen its talent pipeline and organisational capability. You will own scholarship and internship programmes, partner with educational institutions, and act as a Learning Partner to three Business Groups, shaping learning roadmaps and overseeing awards cycles.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, curate interventions, and guide training administration, delivering practical, data-driven learning

Qualifications

• A people-person who enjoys engaging with others, preferably with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to achieve outcomes.
• Good analytical thinking and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills for handling multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own STB's scholarship and internship programmes from outreach to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
• Develop learning roadmaps and curate capability interventions for three Business Groups.
• Guide Training Coordinators on training administration and oversee Education Awards cycles.
• Partner with educational institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline and act as an advocate for learning initiatives.
