Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, and dining options to assist guests effectively.
• Ability to handle luggage and perform standing/walking duties.
• Team player who can coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with their luggage.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Establish rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance as needed.
• Respond to guests’ requests and enquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local information.
• Liaise with Reception on guests’ arrival and departure and make courtesy calls.
• Stay updated on events and provide directions and information as required.
