Job summary

VIBE HOTEL SINGAPORE ORCHARD is seeking a guest-facing team member to deliver courteous service, handle enquiries, and respond promptly to complaints. You will liaise with Concierge, Reception and Front Office to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, and perform courtesy calls to assist guests.

We value a positive attitude, good communication, and relevant hospitality experience. Knowledge of Opera hotel software is preferred; willingness to rotate shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Opera knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and the Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures.
• Establish contact (courtesy calls) with guests and render assistance where necessary.
• Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries.
• Any other reasonable job tasks as assigned.
