Job summary

MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Guests Relationship Officer to support reception and guest services at company outlets and office.

You will assist the Customer Service Manager in coordinating front desk operations, manage inquiries, and ensure professional, courteous service. The role requires strong communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work on varied shifts including evenings and public holidays per schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, retail or administrative work is advantageous.
• Experience in staff coordination or supervision is advantageous.
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager in monitoring and coordinating daily duties of receptionists to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure receptionists comply with company procedures, service standards and work instructions.
• Monitor customer appointment bookings, confirmations and scheduling for accuracy.
• Monitor customer service quality and ensure receptionists provide professional, courteous service.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints as necessary.
• Ensure customer information, CRM data entry and administrative records are properly maintained.
• Monitor telephone handling, appointment management and other receptionist duties.
• Assist in training and guiding new receptionists on their job duties and customer service standards.
• Report operational issues, customer feedback and staff performance concerns to the Customer Service Manager.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and relevant teams to improve service efficiency and daily operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
