Job summary

Volt Auto Venture Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive (Performance & CRM) to drive the brand’s digital performance and lead generation. You will own CRM and customer journeys, partnering with Sales and agencies to optimize the funnel from awareness to test drive and delivery.

You will work hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics tools, shaping campaigns, reporting, and automation while contributing to a fast-growing automotive startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, CRM or integrated marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven lead generation, campaign optimisation and performance marketing skills.
• Good understanding of funnels, conversion metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Experience with CRM, EDM, WhatsApp marketing or marketing automation is advantageous.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like GA4 or Looker Studio.
• Analytical, with a data-driven mindset and strong collaboration abilities.
• Commercially minded; understands impact of marketing on leads, test drives and sales.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; comfortable with agencies and fast-paced startup work.
• Automotive/retail/e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
• Optimize audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, structures and budgets.
• Coordinate with agencies while owning campaign performance.
• Monitor the customer journey from enquiry to test drive and booking.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and response times.
• Develop funnel KPIs and identify channels driving results.
• Build CRM journeys and nurturing campaigns.
• Support retention, referrals and customer engagement initiatives.
