WEARNES AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for product launches, campaigns and branding activities in Singapore.

The role focuses on expanding a structured CRM programme, managing CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and analysing data to steer future marketing strategies. You will plan events, build partnerships, design collaterals, and ensure brand-consistent showrooms and service centres, while tracking budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and analytical.
• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Weekend work when required.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing plans, including product launches, campaigns, promotions and branding activities.
• Manage and expand a structured CRM programme.
• Oversee CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to enable optimal planning and execution of CRM programmes and events.
• Use data analytics across platforms and activation performance to inform future marketing plans and direction.
• Plan and execute events and customer engagement activities to meet business goals while managing budget and expenses.
• Source and plan partnerships for branding and leads generation initiatives.
• Design and produce collaterals for branding and tactical initiatives.
• Oversee showroom and service centre to ensure maintenance and alignment with brand guidelines and enhanced customer experience.
• Provide marketing support to achieve aftersales business objectives.
• Ensure accurate budget and expenses reporting.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.
