Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with hands-on digital marketing and team management.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, including setup, optimisation, tracking and reporting.
• Agency experience developing integrated strategies and managing multiple client accounts, projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead difficult client discussions, diagnose underperformance and implement measurable improvements.
• Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience coaching marketers and introducing processes that improve delivery.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to conduct regular client strategy meetings and address performance concerns.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated strategies: Build marketing strategies and campaign plans across paid search, social, display, email and content.
• Research and identify opportunities: Market, competitor, audience and keyword analysis to inform direction.
• Manage campaigns and budgets: Oversee Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, optimize and report.
• Lead client conversations: Independently conduct kick-offs, strategy meetings and reviews.
• Resolve performance problems: Investigate targeting, creatives, offers, pages and lead quality.
• Lead and develop the team: Set priorities, allocate work, review deliverables and coach staff.
• Build effective systems: Improve planning, quality checks, reporting, workflows and escalation.
• Connect data and creative: Translate insights into actionable recommendations with creative teams.
• Keep strategy relevant: Monitor trends and identify partnerships and growth opportunities.
