We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Marketing Executive, Integrated Marketing to join the founding marketing team responsible for launching and growing a new automotive brand in Singapore. You will work across multiple areas of marketing, from campaigns and product launches to events, roadshows, partnerships and showroom activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable turning ideas into execution.
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Translate marketing strategies and campaign objectives into clear execution plans and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
Support product launches, tactical campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and results.
Events, Roadshows & Activations
Plan and execute roadshows, showroom activations, test-drive events, customer experiences and other brand events.
Coordinate event venues, production, suppliers, agencies, staffing, logistics and on-site requirements.
Take ownership of event execution from planning through to post-event follow-up.
Work closely with the team to ensure events generate measurable leads, test drives and customer engagement.
Support the development and execution of brand initiatives, ensuring the brand maintains its own distinct positioning and identity.
Identify and coordinate suitable partnerships, collaborations and promotional opportunities.
Support influencer, KOL and community initiatives where relevant.
Conduct regular competitor and market monitoring to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate the development of marketing collaterals, POSM, showroom materials and other customer-facing assets.
Manage timelines, quotations, purchase orders, suppliers and other marketing administration.
Work with creative, media, public relations, digital and event agencies as required.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure key activities are properly planned and executed.
Support marketing budget tracking and reporting.
Work closely with the Performance & CRM and Social Media & Content functions to ensure campaigns are integrated across paid, owned and offline channels.
Support content creation and event coverage when required.
Work closely with the sales team to understand market feedback, customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
Be willing to take on new projects and responsibilities as the brands continue to grow.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, events, activations or campaign management.
Experience in automotive, retail, consumer, lifestyle, technology or other high-consideration industries is advantageous.
Strong organisational, project management and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience working with agencies, suppliers, vendors and external partners.
Good understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and provide actionable reports and recommendations.
Good understanding of market and competitor research, customer feedback and market trends.
Strong communication, copywriting and interpersonal skills.
Possesses commercial sense, with an understanding that marketing activities should ultimately contribute to awareness, leads, test drives and sales.
Hands-on attitude, with the ability to get involved in both planning and execution.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM, marketing software and project-management tools is an advantage.
A valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
