Job summary

StraitsX, a pioneer in digital payment solutions, seeks a senior sales leader in Singapore to drive merchant and corporate growth. You will craft data-driven strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead end-to-end sales from pitch to close, partnering with Product, Operations, Compliance and Legal to tailor solutions for clients.

You will leverage a deep understanding of Payments, APIs and blockchain to expand StraitsX's footprint with top enterprise clients, while maintaining

Qualifications

7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably fintech, payments or digital assets.
Proven track record of exceeding targets and acquiring strategic clients.
Strong communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new merchant and corporate accounts.
Foster relationships with key decision-makers across clients and internal teams.
Use consultative, solution-oriented approach to address client needs and close deals.
Maintain a robust network of clients and prospects in the payments space.
Address client inquiries and ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Build a sustainable pipeline from pitching to onboarding to closing.
Monitor sales and refine strategies for existing clients.
Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations and Management to align goals.
Stay updated on trends in digital assets, blockchain, and payments.
