Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Business Development Manager in Singapore to drive new-to-business sales volume and revenue, reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunities to conversion, while delivering against annual targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in merchant solutions sales within Payments/Fintech, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development and merchant solution sales in Payments/Fintech.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a track record of winning new accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce; broad network in the payments ecosystem.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical, initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies.
• Meet assigned annual target and revenue goals.
• Negotiate competitive and sustainable pricing.
• Own new sales activities from opportunity to conversion.
• Monitor market trends and merchant needs.
