Qualifications

• 6+ years in business management or revenue operations in fintech or payments.
• Proven ability to size deals, price frameworks, and margin analysis.
• Experience turning processing data into actionable forecasts and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-backed deal sizing and pricing across card issuing and international payments.
• Design quarterly/annual quotas and manage commission calculations.
• Own CRM setup and deliver executive dashboards translating take rate, revenue, and pipeline into insights.
• Lead Project Everest rollout and align teams on product readiness and revenue recognition.
