Job summary

The role supports international trade documentation, including L/C matters, and may involve ad-hoc duties as needed. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, at the Bugis location.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Min 2-3 years experience with regional market will be an advantage
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Working Location: Bugis
• Salary: Up to $5000

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and order processing for regional markets
• Input and maintain sales orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Liaise closely with the overseas team to coordinate orders, shipments, and daily operational activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Support international trade operations, including documentation and order coordination
• Assist with Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation and related trade finance matters
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
