Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent administrator to handle order processing, document coordination, and supplier liaison, supporting timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and documents.
• Coordination of sales orders between customers and internal departments.
• Liaise with vendors and customers to meet delivery schedule.
• Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
• Provide admin support to the Management.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
