Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Administrator to support order processing and delivery coordination in our Singapore office.

You will liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely shipments, maintain documents, and provide admin support to the management. Training provided; immediate start preferred; Mon-Fri 8:30am–6pm; location: Ubi. Salary up to SGD 3,200 per month; candidates with 1–2 years related experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Min 1-2 years of related experience.
• Training will be provided.
• Location: Ubi.
• Working Hour: Mon to Fri (830am - 6pm).

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and documents
• Coordination of sales orders between customers and internal departments
• Liaise with vendors and customers to meet delivery schedule
• Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of orders
• Provide admin support to the Management
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
