Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead the development and execution of C&B strategies that align with Group objectives and drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in C&B, including hands-on executive compensation, strong analytics, and the ability to manage complex programs in a large organization. Global mobility knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; GRP certification advantageous.
At least 10 years in Compensation & Benefits including hands-on exec compensation.
Experience designing C&B strategies aligned to business goals.
Familiarity with global mobility, incentive plans, and labour laws.
Advanced MS Excel and dashboarding with HRIS/survey tools.

Responsibilities

Design and implement total C&B structure aligned with group goals.
Develop compensation and benefits philosophy; ensure legal compliance.
Harmonise HR policies, processes and systems.
Collaborate with HRBPs and managers on performance cycles and calibration.
Manage budgeting: annual staff cost, variances, and cost projections.
Oversee bonuses, salary reviews, incentive plans, and exec comp with external consultants.
Oversee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement); vendor management.
Support regional/global C&B initiatives and labour union negotiations.
Ensure governance, audits, and board reporting.
