Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking operations, payment operations, partner/vendor management, risk management or a similar field.
• You are highly data-driven and can size impact with evidence-based analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• You can operate in ambiguity and prioritise across a broad portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own operational relationships with global banking partners, including performance reviews, escalations and action follow-up.
• Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, SLA gaps, risk signals and fees.
• Translate complex internal problems into partner improvement plans with clear owners, timelines and outcomes.
• Hold partner banks accountable for SLA performance, incident resolution and long-term fixes.
• Support incident and post-incident follow-through for issues involving partner banks.
• Build operational visibility by improving shared partner records, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Banking, Finance, Legal, Risk, Controls and governance teams on fees, losses, contracts and regulatory expectations.
