Job summary

Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead complex implementation projects for major banks and fintech clients, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, compliance, operations and sales.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycles, manage risks and timelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong partner relationships while delivering high-quality integrations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management in banking/fintech sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Extensive experience in leading API and SWIFT based payment integrations.
• Strong project governance to identify, manage and mitigate risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to C-suite and teams.
• Ability to navigate banking or large enterprise structures to drive project outcomes.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance in payments programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses from kickoff to launch.
• Overcome blockers with problem-solving and influencing skills across business and technical contexts.
• Use governance to manage scope, timelines, and accountability across workstreams.
