Job summary

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, coordinate with product specialists, markets, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery while upholding HSBC values and a strong risk culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail/Private Banking, Investment Banking or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
• Good knowledge of current regulatory regimes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in product management, process reengineering and project management.
• Strong compliance and risk culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support on product development and governance; run governance forums and steering committees.
• Collaborate with product specialists, markets, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and regulatory updates; drive strategy, execution, and risk monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, defining scope, milestones, dependencies and governance.
• Promote HSBC values through leadership and collaboration across teams.
• Communicate clearly and honestly to different audiences; tailor messaging accordingly.
• Support team development and knowledge growth; work with stakeholders and external providers.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery and governance alignment.
