Job summary

HSBC Wealth & Premier solutions seeks a Senior Business Manager - WPS to drive governance, product development and strategic initiatives across front-to-back banking processes in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within governance standards.

The role requires strong collaboration with product specialists, markets, compliance, operations and risk teams, with a focus on driving business strategy and growth in international markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Retail and Private Banking, Investment Banking or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back processes in banking.
• Deep understanding of investment products across asset classes.
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience in product management, process reengineering and project management.
• Strong risk culture and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support on product development and management, running governance forums and steering committees.
• Collaborate with product specialists, markets and support/control functions to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and regulatory updates, shape strategy and monitor risk.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives with clear scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Promote HSBC values, encourage collaboration and support team development.
• Tailor communication style to the audience for clear and honest messaging.
• Support team development and professional growth, expanding knowledge and skills.
