• Operational experience in banking/fintech with deadlines
• Ability to follow policies and identify control gaps
• Confidence using spreadsheets and data management tools
• Strong attention to detail for records and documentation
• Ability to investigate issues and follow tasks to resolution
• Experience communicating with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise high-risk tasks

Responsibilities

• Access & Signatory Management: manage banking partner access and signatory requests from start to finish, keep records accurate and up to date
• Audit Support: prepare documentation and evidence for audits and control reviews, follow through on actions
• Partner Due Diligence: coordinate annual due diligence requests from banking partners, gather docs from Compliance, maintain records
• Banking Portal Onboarding & Controls: onboard new banking portals, assess risks, ensure controls, address gaps
• Issue Resolution: investigate and resolve governance queries and operational issues, escalate as needed
• Internal Collaboration: act as contact for Banking, Payment Operations and internal teams, provide updates
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain Partner Bank Directory and procedures
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency
• Operational Readiness: stay informed about process/regulatory changes and apply them
