Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in general insurance.

• Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) are an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, telesales, or contact centre within general insurance.
