Job summary

LMA is seeking a driven Sales Team Manager to lead a team of General Insurance - Personal Lines Specialists, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

You will coach and motivate the team to meet targets, identify cross-selling opportunities, and monitor daily operations to optimize service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Singaporean
• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
• Hands on experience, knowledge and deep understanding of personal lines insurance products
• Experience in managing a team within general insurance industry
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, and HI will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Drive business growth by improving sales conversion and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor daily operations, workforce productivity, and call queue efficiency.
