Qualifications

• Degree holder or relevant industry qualification.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Account Management.
• Insurance sector experience is highly preferred.
• Possess strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Acted as team lead and manage account managers within the Group Insurance team, responsible for maintaining client relationships, portfolio growth, client servicing, renewal and retention of clients.
• You will drive the P&L responsibility and deliver client services, manage complex escalations, and support strategic initiatives.
