Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior AVP for client implementation and relationship management. You will lead a portfolio of complex projects across onboarding, cash management and electronic banking, coordinating Sales, Product, Client Service, Operations and Technology to ensure successful delivery.

The role combines hands-on delivery ownership with portfolio oversight, stakeholder influence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client implementation, account opening, cash management or electronic banking preferred.
• Strong project/portfolio management skills with governance and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex implementation projects from initiation to handover.
• Translate solutions into clear implementation plans with milestones and owners.
• Chair sessions and provide concise updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as principal client contact to manage expectations, training and readiness.
