Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks a Fund Operations & Finance Manager to oversee fund operations, financial reporting and corporate finance activities for a private markets platform. You will coordinate with fund administrators, banks and service providers, manage LP onboarding, closings, and capital calls, and ensure accurate NAV calculations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in fund operations within private equity, VC or asset management, strong English and Mandarin,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum five years of fund operations experience in private equity, VC or asset management.
Strong understanding of NAV, distributions, capital calls, carried interest and fund reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day fund operations with external service providers.
Oversee LP onboarding, fund closings, capital calls, distributions and investment transactions.
Review NAV calculations, valuations and reports from fund administrators.
Ensure AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS compliance processes are followed.
Review waterfall, expenses and LPAs for consistency.
Coordinate fund audits and LP reporting including performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI).
Oversee accounting, reconciliations, period-end closing and financial reporting for the Singapore entity.
Coordinate tax compliance, banking activities and statutory audits.
Prepare management reports and financial analyses for Group Finance.
