Job summary

NH Absolute Return Partners Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations professional to support fund operations and middle-office activities.

You will manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions, and oversee NAV reporting with external service providers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, at least four years in fund operations, and strong analytical/reconciliation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Minimum 4 years in middle office, fund administration or investment operations, PE/credit focus.
• Understanding of VCC framework and private equity/private credit structures preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the office.
• Manage end-to-end fund operations, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Oversee fund accounting and NAV reporting delivered by third parties.
• Support AML/KYC and ongoing client due diligence; maintain registers.
• Assist with audits and prepare materials for internal/external reviews.
• Coordinate with investment team, fund administrators, auditors, banks and custodians.
