Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Fund Operations professional in Singapore to lead day-to-day operations for VCC funds and discretionary portfolios.

The role involves coordinating fund administrators, custodians, banks and brokers, reviewing NAVs and investor statements, and preparing client reporting with the investment team. The candidate will ensure AML/KYC compliance and oversee regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
• CPA/CA qualified is preferred.
• At least 7 years in fund operations at a family office, asset manager, private bank or fund platform.
• Direct experience in a MAS-regulated firm (CMS license holder or registered fund manager).
• Working knowledge of Singapore VCC / fund structures, fund administration and custody.
• Hands-on AML/KYC and regulatory reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations for the firm's VCC funds and discretionary portfolios.
• Manage fund administrators, custodians, banks and brokers; review NAVs and investor statements.
• Prepare LP and client reporting with the investment team.
• Support/ lead AML/KYC and ongoing client due diligence; maintain registers and records.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee bookkeeping, payments, invoicing and cash management for the management company and funds.
• Prepare budgets, management accounts and cost tracking for the CEO.
• Work with auditors, tax advisers and corporate secretaries on filings.
• Run payroll, HR administration, onboarding and policies.
• Manage the office, vendors, IT and insurance.
• Support client events and the CEO's office as needed.
