Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Fund Finance Manager (Private Equity) to join its Singapore‑based finance team and support growth of the private equity investment platform. Reporting to the CFO, you will own fund finance, accounting and financial reporting for the firm's PE funds, including NAV calculations, investor capital accounts and carried interest/waterfall.

You will coordinate audits, liaise with fund administrators and external advisers, and drive process improvements across fund launches

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience across private equity, alternative investment management, fund finance or fund accounting.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with NAV calculations, capital calls and distributions, investor reporting and carried interest/waterfall calculations.
• Big 4 experience highly regarded; CA/CPA qualification preferred.

Fund Finance Manager (Private Equity)

Description

Our client is an established private investment firm with a long-standing track record of investing across Asia. With a diversified portfolio of middle-market businesses and a collaborative, hands‑on investment approach, the firm is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to join its Singapore-based finance team and support the continued growth of its private equity investment platform.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, you will take broad ownership of fund finance, accounting and financial reporting across the firm's private equity funds and related investment structures.

You will oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including NAV calculations, portfolio valuations, investor capital accounts and carried interest / waterfall calculations. You will manage capital calls and investor distributions, monitor fund cash positions and liquidity, and oversee bank, investment and intercompany reconciliations.

The role will work closely with fund administrators and other external service providers, reviewing and challenging deliverables while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reporting. You will coordinate annual audits, support tax and regulatory reporting with external advisers, and respond to investor reporting requirements.

You will also support fund and SPV activities across the investment lifecycle, while contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, new fund launches and other finance initiatives to strengthen the firm's overall finance and control environment.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, you will ideally have 10 years of relevant experience across private equity, alternative investment management, fund finance or fund accounting.

You will bring strong experience in financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, together with practical knowledge of NAV calculations, capital calls and distributions, investor reporting and carried interest / waterfall calculations. Previous Big 4 experience will be highly regarded, alongside a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA/CPA.
